Northwest Journey

A community-based treatment option offering comprehensive mental health services aimed at preventing out of home placements. In addition, Northwest Journey provides therapeutic support services for children, adolescents, families transitioning to the community from out-of-home placements.

Northwest Connections (Crisis Services)

A collaborative effort between on-call emergency mental health workers, law enforcement personnel, county personnel and community providers to coordinate an immediate response to assist a person experiencing a mental health crisis.

Northwest Directions

Outpatient mental health services including youth and family mental health assessment, psychiatric evaluation, psychological evaluation, neuropsychological evaluations, and ongoing mental health treatment.

Community Support Program

Comprehensive and intensive case management and rehabilitation services to person with chronic mental illnesses.

Daily living skills/Mentoring programming

Northwest Counseling and Guidance Clinic (NWCGC), in a collaborative effort with a county Department of Human Services, provides daily living skills and mentoring services for children and families residing within the respective county.

Strengthening Families Program

The Strengthening Families Program (SFP) focuses on assisting children and caregivers with independent living skills, parent education, supervised visitation, and accessing community resources.
